Oven Pan

  • 20.9 in. (with handle) x 11.8 in. x 1.8 in.; 4.52 lbs.; 5 qt. capacity
  • Exclusive nontoxic, nonstick ceramic coating made without potentially toxic materials like PFOAs, PTFEs, other PFAS, lead, cadmium, toxic metals, and nanoparticles
  • Ergonomic side handles are easy to grip and roomy enough to use with oven mitts (or our Hot Grips!)
  • Deep enough to capture liquids and bake cakes, while the unique curvature of walls are designed for optimal airflow (a.k.a. crisping!)

  • Strong, chip-resistant sturdy stoneware with a glossy exterior glaze and a shiny, ceramic interior glaze that acts as a naturally nonstick surface
  • Ergonomic side handles are easy to grip (be sure to use oven mitts as the Bakers can get hot!)
  • So mod(ular): the Bakers were designed to nest neatly within our Oven Pan; just remember to line with the Oven Mat when storing to prevent scratches

Oven Mat

  • 10.8 in. x 16.4 in. x 0.04 in.; 1 in. x 1 in. squares; 0.3 lbs.
  • Made of matte silicone that’s easy to clean and acts as an effective nonstick surface
  • One-inch checker pattern can be used to measure dough — just no sharp tools, please

Oven Pan

  • Hand wash only to preserve the nonstick coating; don’t use abrasive sponges and avoid putting a hot pan in cold water
  • To deglaze the pan interior, just boil some water with a bit of baking soda, then wipe it down with a gentle sponge
  • Great for baking, roasting, and almost any kind of oven cooking (it’s safe up to 450°F), but can also be used on the stovetop as a griddle
  • If using the Oven Pan on the stovetop, use low to medium heat and a couple tablespoons of high smoke point fat to preserve the nonstick (when used as a griddle, the pan will naturally patina on the bottom)
  • Wipe any spills from the outside of your Ovenware before they get baked in
  • Use silicone or wood utensils to protect the nontoxic coating
  • Not induction compatible

Oven Mat

  • To protect the coating and to make cleanup a breeze, the Mat should be used whenever the Oven Pan is going in the oven (but avoid using it on the stovetop)
  • A thorough scrub with a little baking soda eliminates build up. Over time, it will patina, but that’s perfectly normal
  • Oven safe up to 450°F
  • Dishwasher safe
