- Our heavy gauge cast aluminum conducts and holds heat better than traditional stainless steel cookware, so we recommend low to medium heat when cooking
- A little fat goes a long way! 1–2 tablespoons of high smoke point oil (such as extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, peanut, or ghee) is more than enough to lightly coat the Mini Always Pan's entire surface
- Stick to nonmetal utensils, like our handy nesting spatula, to avoid damaging the coating
- We recommend a quick hand wash with some soapy water and a soft sponge after each use for best results
