- The details: 10 in. diameter, 5.5 in. height (8.5 in. with lid), 5.5 qt. capacity a.k.a. family-sized
- Compatible with all cooktops (yes, induction, we’re looking at you)
- Super lightweight (it clocks in at just 4.5 lbs. with the lid)
- The most slippery nontoxic, nonstick ceramic coating made without potentially toxic materials like PFOAs, PTFEs, other PFAs, lead, cadmium, toxic metals, and nanoparticles
- Beechwood Spoon custom designed to nest two-ways on your pot — goodbye messy counters
- Custom roasting rack with a stellar crisping effect that also doubles as a steamer
- Sturdy aluminum body for fast, incredibly even heat distribution
- A modular lid to let off steam when you want, and lock it in when you don’t
- A generous pour spout, because it just makes life easier
- Multifunctional, self-basting lid that also strains and pours (with handy indicators to always let you know which is which)
- Cooking temperature: Our heavy gauge cast aluminum conducts and holds heat better than traditional stainless steel cookware, so we recommend low to medium heat when cooking. Oven safe up to 425° — no broilers, please!
- Oils + fats: A little fat goes a long way! 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter is more than enough to lightly coat the Perfect Pot’s entire surface. We recommend using high smoke point oils — extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, peanut oils + ghee
- Skip the metal: Stick to nonmetal utensils to avoid damaging the coating. Our handy nesting spoon works perfectly *wink wink*
- Washing up: We recommend a quick wash with some soapy water and a soft sponge after each use for best results
